- Data Processing & Privacy (GDPR)
We act as the Data Controller. The sole legal basis and purpose for collecting your data (Email, Alias) is to fulfill the core service: distributing it to the membership network. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics, or third-party marketing tools. By joining, you accept two structural risks:
- The Network: Your entry is broadcast to all verified members. We cannot control how third parties store or use your data once distributed.
- Legal Compliance: We will disclose your data if compelled by a valid court order or tax authority.
You retain the right to access, rectify, or request the erasure of your data from our active systems at any time via the Exit Protocol (Section 4).
- Payment Discrepancies
- Underpayment: Partial payments are cumulative. If you send less than 1.0 BTC, your membership will remain in a pending state until the total received amount equals exactly 1.0 BTC.
- Overpayment: Any amount exceeding 1.0 BTC will be returned to the originating address, minus applicable network transaction fees. Ensure you have full control over the sending address (do not use exchange wallets).
- Exit Protocol
You may request removal from the Contact List at any time by contacting us. Upon verification, your data will be scrubbed from the master list and excluded from all future distributions. We cannot retract data that has already been distributed to existing members.
- Leak Policy (The Kill Switch)
The value of this network relies on discretion. If the List is publicly leaked, we will permanently cease admitting new members. This ensures that a leak destroys the asset's growth, aligning all members' incentives toward silence.
- Refund Policy
Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency and the immediate consumption of the information provided, all transactions are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
